BEAM was coined by the famous Robotics scientist Mark W.
Tilden. In Beam Robotics we can build our own robots out of
distinct electronic components. We do not require any
programmable chip like
microprocessors or microcontrollers
to control the system. Tilden's 3 laws of robotics states:
Protect thy Arse
Feed Thy Arse
Move thy Arse to better real estate
e.g Photovores-Light eating robots. They have sensors and
solar cell which acts as its eyes and mouth
