TCP-IP DEFINITION-It is another way
to connect to host computer. This is collection of
standards originally developed by United States
Department of Defense. Among other facilities it allows
user to log onto another computer which is working on
same network and allows transfer of files between the
computers. Some computers can serially connect to a host
computers serial ports and also connect to LANs using
LAN wiring system. All computers using UNIX operating
system supports TCP-IP.
