Robots vs Man

robots

Science has invented many goods of comfort and luxury and robots are one of them. Nowadays everything is done with the help of small and big machines. Robots vs Man. well today it is man who controls robots but in future vice versa is also possible. Robots are man made machines designed for some specific purpose. Robots will reduce the work load of Man. Till now we have been seeing robots in movies and tv shows but with the advances in science we will surely be seeing them at our houses cooking food and cleaning our lawns.

The field of computer science and engineering concerned with creating robots, devices that can move and react to sensory input is Robotics. Robotics is one branch of artificial intelligence.

Robots are now widely used in factories to perform high-precision jobs such as welding and riveting. They are also used in special situations that would be dangerous for humans -- for example, in cleaning toxic wastes or defusing bombs.

The term robotics was introduced by writer Isaac Asimov. In his science fiction book I, Robot, published in 1950, he presented three laws of robotics:

1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.

2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.

3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

Science-fiction author Isaac Asimov is often given credit for being the first person to use the term robotics in a short story composed in the 1940s. In the story, Asimov suggested three principles to guide the behavior of robots and smart machines
